Insect IQ is very accommodating. I think twice I needed to change a service date within the last 12 months and push it out 1-2 weeks and they’ve been very helpful, my experience with another company was opposite, rigid and gave me one alternative, I could cancel my contract, and I did. Every Insect IQ tech that has come to my home has been so friendly and helpful, always ask me if I have concerns or questions. I’m very satisfied with their services.

Mong Vang did and excelente work in my house today. He took the time to clean the spiderwebs and spray every single space. Thank you so much!!

He was here on time. Got immediately to work clearing any cobwebs under the patio and porch. He then sprayed the whole yard,around the back garage and house. He was very efficient.

My experience with insect iQ was very positive, they always show good attitude and always are ready to help, whether they're dispatching or on the road for spraying, recently I was ready to leave for work and Sierra showed up to spray she kept the conversation short and sweet answered my questions and I left for work. Very quick, prompt and proper.

Amazing customer service. We had to reschedule our service twice because it was raining that day and it would be useless to spray outdoors when it will just be washed away. Ozzy patiently rescheduled our service knowing we prefer doing maintenance when its not raining.

My service person was professional and efficient. I felt very comfortable having him on my property.

Our technician touched basis with us prior to our appointment date. He also contacted me by text about 30 min prior to his visit to the house. He asked questions regarding our service and if we were having any specific problems. I am very happy with our service.
