We’ve been using Insect IQ pest control foralmost a year now and are very pleasedwith the work they do. They are courteousand efficient and always show up with a smile.

IQ responded to me probably quickly. Their technician listen to my concerns walked the area with me and came up with a coarse of action.

Mong always does a fantastic job. From knocking down all the webs to moving dog bowls and toys.

Danny is the best of the best. Very thorough, personable, and professional. It is obvious that he cares about his customers and the service he provides them.

My experience with insect iQ was very positive, they always show good attitude and always are ready to help, whether they're dispatching or on the road for spraying, recently I was ready to leave for work and Sierra showed up to spray she kept the conversation short and sweet answered my questions and I left for work. Very quick, prompt and proper.

Routine bi-monthly service. The technician that came today was very nice....she was friendly and very careful around planters and did a very through job.

You can tell our Insect IQ Technician Ozzy takes pride in doing his job extremely well. He text us before his arrival to let us know he was arriving early. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, through and fast. We are happy with Insect IQ

Amazing customer service. We had to reschedule our service twice because it was raining that day and it would be useless to spray outdoors when it will just be washed away. Ozzy patiently rescheduled our service knowing we prefer doing maintenance when its not raining.

My service person was professional and efficient. I felt very comfortable having him on my property.

Our technician touched basis with us prior to our appointment date. He also contacted me by text about 30 min prior to his visit to the house. He asked questions regarding our service and if we were having any specific problems. I am very happy with our service.

Our tech was Danny. He was on time, looked at our concerned areas, sprayed and baited for ants (which was the reason we called) and answered all of our questions! He was also very professional.

We have had your service for a long time now. I believe a company especially a service one is only as good as its employees. With that said you have a Tech named Berto and if he was to leave your company I would pick up with whatever company was lucky enough to get him. He’s been here a few times and I always feel like I get what I’m paying for where others sometimes not the case. He is truly an asset to your business. Thanks R. Cody
