Danny came this morning to bait the rodent boxes. He was so kind, courteous and professional -letting me know what time he'd be arriving, exactly what he was doing and we just had really good communication. He was extremely respectful!! What a wonderful tech!

Erica does a great job on our yard, are back connects to the river so we get lots of spiders, bugs, and ants and she's got it under control.

I have been a customer of theirs for several years and have always been satisfied, but i had to take a minute and mention the exceptional service we received from their technician Erica Pierce, After a cordial greeting at the door to make sure our dogs were tucked away inside, she proceeded to complete her duties. After words she came back to our door and shared some suggestions to make their services more effective. She pointed out some very simple items that we hadn't been aware of that we could easily implement in time for our next treatment. The extra effort she gave and her very friendly nature was very much appreciated. She is an extremely valuable asset to your business and just another reason i would remain your customer.
