UPDATED 9/5/24: Insect IQ continues to do a great job for us, but I wanted to give particular recognition to technician Mong, as his efforts are always above and beyond with great attention to detail. Much appreciated! ORIGINAL REVIEW: Insect IQ does a GREAT job for us, keeping our home and yard bug free. They’re extremely responsive and fair priced. Additionally, every technician we’ve had over these past several years has been highly professional and diligent. They get my full recommendation.

He always arrives with a smile at our home and always makes sure that he answers all my questions and concerns about any insect activity or issues that I have encountered in our home. Insect IQ has excellent and professional customer service! I called with some small concerns, and Tony, the operations manager immediately set up a time to come out with the technician Danny, and walked through my entire yard front and back. Listened to my concerns , gave me excellent feedback, and showed how much he really cared that I was happy with insect IQ, it was impressive to see both Tony and Danny's commitment to me the customer, I am extremely impressed with the customer service, I am very very happy with insect IQ!

The guy was on time. He listen and did everything I wanted him to spray, and was very thorough on his spraying.

Wow! The service and customer service was first Star. The technician took time to explain the service, expectations and he was very respectful. I’m so pleased and happy to be apart of the company’s family.

The tech who came yesterday did a thorough job. Sprayed the ground around our home, was visable when he finished, and dusted the eves where we've been having spider issues, and he was still quick. I was concerned with the last treatment done by a different tech as it wasn't as carefully executed. Whoever the tech was yesterday ought to get a raise!
