I have been a customer of theirs for several years and have always been satisfied, but i had to take a minute and mention the exceptional service we received from their technician Erica Pierce, After a cordial greeting at the door to make sure our dogs were tucked away inside, she proceeded to complete her duties. After words she came back to our door and shared some suggestions to make their services more effective. She pointed out some very simple items that we hadn't been aware of that we could easily implement in time for our next treatment. The extra effort she gave and her very friendly nature was very much appreciated. She is an extremely valuable asset to your business and just another reason i would remain your customer. Erica is 5 Stars in our opinion!!

Philip arrived within the scheduled time range and was pleased with the residents' preparation. Provided post spray instructions and baits. He was professional and knowledgeable.

Excellent service! Sierra is always kind and professional. She answers all of my questions and doesn't make me feel like I am asking weird questions. I do ask some random questions but she never hesitates to answer.

I was able to tell him about the issues and he said he would address everything. It gave a nice hometown feel to be able to chat with him and catch up on changes at my residence that would affect my service. Thanks for sending Danny back to service!

Always pleased with service provided by Insect IQ, I have been a customer for a few years, technicians and customer service professional, courteous and thorough. Sierra was recent technician and did a great job!! She is very professional and polite, I called for a 2nd spray and she came out the 2nd time also and was very helpful! Thank you Insect IQ!

Zac is fantastic! We loved his personality, warm demeanor, and infectious joy for his work. Our house has never looked better after Zac was able to service it. It is clear that Zac is very knowledgeable in his field and he took the time to listen to our concerns and answer our questions. We look forward to Zac continuing to service our property in the future. We are very happy with Insect IQ because of him!

Danny is a great service tech. We have used Insect IQ several years and love the company. Anytime we have any issue, they resolve it immediately - scheduling, bugs, rats - they show up and follow up. Highly recommend. And Danny should be promoted for his people-skills/service.

Insect IQ is very accommodating. I think twice I needed to change a service date within the last 12 months and push it out 1-2 weeks and they’ve been very helpful, my experience with another company was opposite, rigid and gave me one alternative, I could cancel my contract, and I did. Every Insect IQ tech that has come to my home has been so friendly and helpful, always ask me if I have concerns or questions. I’m very satisfied with their services.

Mong Vang did and excelente work in my house today. He took the time to clean the spiderwebs and spray every single space. Thank you so much!!

He was here on time. Got immediately to work clearing any cobwebs under the patio and porch. He then sprayed the whole yard,around the back garage and house. He was very efficient.
